Creating a Subscription​

To create a license for MetriCal, you must have an active (paid) subscription. To create a subscription, navigate to the Billing page in the Tangram Vision Hub. Choose the plan that you want to subscribe to, and click the “Subscribe” button. You will be sent to a Stripe billing page to enter payment information.

Cancelling a Subscription​

To cancel a subscription, navigate to the “Billing” page in the Hub and click “Manage Subscription” to enter the Stripe portal. Click “Cancel plan”.

Adding, Changing, & Deleting Forms of Payment​

To access the Stripe interface and make a change to a payment method, navigate to the “Billing” page in the Hub. Click on the “Add Payment Method” button to add a credit card. If you have a paid subscription, manage your payment details via the “Manage Subscription” button.

Adding & Updating Billing Contact​

Each Tangram Vision account must have an up-to-date billing contact email. The default email address used will be the email address used when you created your Tangram Vision account. Should you wish to change the billing contact associated with your account, navigate to the Billing page and find the “Billing Contact” section. In the email field, enter the updated email address and click “Save Changes.”
