To use Tangram Vision services, you must have an active (paid) or trial subscription. Also, you must have an attached payment method or have completed an onboarding call with us. Billing in the Tangram Vision Hub is administered through Stripe. Changes to payment methods or subscription details will occur in a Stripe interface. Updating billing details is only available to the admin role.
Adding, Changing, & Deleting Forms of Payment
To access the Stripe interface and make a change to a payment method, navigate to the “Billing” page in the Hub. Click on the “Add Payment Method” button to add a credit card. If you have a paid subscription, manage your payment details via the “Manage Subscription” button.
Creating a Subscription
To create a license to use Tangram Vision services, you must have an active (paid) or trial subscription with a payment method attached or a completed onboarding call. To create a subscription, navigate to the Billing page in the Tangram Vision Hub. Choose the plan that you want to subscribe to, and click the “Subscribe” button. You will be sent to a Stripe billing page to enter payment information.
Cancelling a Subscription
To cancel a subscription, navigate to the “Billing” page in the Hub and click “Manage Subscription” to enter the Stripe portal. Click “Cancel plan”.
Adding & Updating Billing Contact
Each Tangram Vision account must have an up-to-date billing contact email. The default email address used will be the email address used when you created your Tangram Vision account. Should you wish to change the billing contact associated with your account, navigate to the Billing page and find the “Billing Contact” section. In the email field, enter the updated email address and click “Save Changes.”
